Secret jardin warranty

Secret Jardin guarantees all of its products. Depending on the product you buy, it is legally protected by a commercial guarantee. As a manufacturer and with a constant concern for quality and safety, we wish to give complete satisfaction to all our buyers and thus show a total transparency of our technicality.

 

 

 

Secret Jardin Grow room Warranty

Secret Garden Tents are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 2.5 years from the date of manufacture or for 2 years from the date of purchase.

 

Consumable products are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase.

 

All other Secret Jardin products (except tents and consumables) are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.

 

If a Secret Jardin product fails due to a manufacturing defect, Secret Jardin will repair the product without charge or replace it, at its discretion.

Only original, unchanged and unmodified materials and labor are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, poor maintenance, neglect, normal wear and tear, or the natural degradation of materials for extended periods of time and prolonged use.

This warranty does not cover consequential damage or any other loss resulting from a defect in the product.

 

AFTER-SALES SERVICE REQUEST

 

 

You are an end-consumer and bought our product from a retailer

Your retailer is responsible for managing the After-Sales Service requests. In order to properly manage your request, Please send following information to your retailer with the following details:


• Product name and description
• Detailed description of the issues and pictures of any damage
• Picture of the manufacturing code and the date of production shown on the product sticker or on the label sewed on the tent
• Proof of purchase


Once all the information have been gathered, an investigation will follow. All the information are necessary to process the request efficiently.
On the result of those checks, a replacement of the faulty product or a credit note will be done by the retailer.
No credit note or product replacement will be done directly by Secret Jardin.

 

You are a retailer and bought our products from an authorized Secret Jardin Distributor

Your distributor is responsible for managing the After-Sales Service requests. In order to properly manage your request, Please send following information to your distributor with the following details:


• Product name and description
• Detailed description of the issues and pictures of any damage
• Picture of the manufacturing code and the date of production shown on the product sticker or on the label sewed on the tent.
• Proof of purchase

 

Once, all the information have been gathered, an investigation will follow. All the information are necessary to process the complaint efficiently.
On the result of those checks, a replacement of the faulty product or a credit note will issued.
No credit note or product replacement will be done directly by Secret Jardin.
